big run day(s)

As the Leeds half was this weekend (the anniversary of my first proper run), I grabbed a dry spell on Saturday and did 14 miles off road in 3 hours. From Agden Rocher, along Derwent Edge to Cutthroat Bridge, up onto Stanage Edge and down to Burbage North. Really feeling it in my quads today :-/

Bob and Lucy did the Great Yorkshire Run in Sheffield this morning and we went to watch and applaud. Well done!
