Sun: 12, 12, 9, 7 and 20 = 60
Wed: 16, 13, 11, 11, and 20 = 71
Fri: 15, 15, 12, 12 and 17 = 71
Which all makes a grand total of 202. Sat - Tues was very upperbody intensive with 3 climbing sessions and a swim in four days. Kinda amazed that Weds felt any good at all.
Looking up next weeks sets I noticed that the plans been tweaked. Will see how next week goes...
