session two

Bouldering session:
Warm-up: Stretching, raising heart rate etc.
Easy problems and routes – possible falling practice
1 problem every 1.5 minute X 30
5 problems - on-sight max
20 problems – o/s max -1
5 problems – o/s max - 2

The Depot. About that number, was being social so I lost count exactly. Warmed up well. Total of about 2 hours at the wall.
Sore DOMS abs - due to unaccustomed leg lifts I think. Took half the session to loosen up.
