Blistered right instep and time away from the office = swimming but not running or biking this week. So might as well round off the week with another climbing session. Sunshine beckoned after work so headed to Wetherby for an hour. LRL on the first section of the high traverse. Then LR on the low traverse to the first rest. Repeat. Repeat. Still not finishing the low traverse but fingers, arms and shoulders are battered after this week. Time for a rest day...
No session two this week. No antagonisitics this week. Some stretching. Frenchies instead of offset pullups (by accident) and no body rolls (someone's forgotten that I haven't progressed to them yet). Didn't do the leg lifts while at the wall because I couldn;t be arsed to ask for the rock rings and there are no holds to put them up with anyway.
