week two-one, session three

Up down ups, all overhanging except f6b - tired shoulders, 3rd upper body day in a row! Decreasing side of pyramid felt almost totally recovered despite warmth in the wall. Forgot about offset pullups but did 3x2 frenchies instead beforehand. 1st set ok, failure on 5 and 4. No leg raises.
