dalby red and long run

Round Dalby red on Friday night with work, intervals in the mud :) Good crack, stacked the bike and snapped the chain, not bad for a maiden voyage... no GPS track or HRM but logged manually on garmin connect.

Rest day on Saturday with nothing going on and then out for a run with Kat on Sunday morning. On my own after about 1h20. Legs felt good after 2 hours, the extreme endurance feels like it's working. Canning the swim tomorrow morning in favour of another commute...
