l'etape du tour

Big day! Stomach not entirely comfortable but put in enough calories and water. Menu: peanut trackers, snickers, cherry vanilla power bar, bananas, dextrose tablets, salted cashews and water. Ran out of gears on the up and pushed it hard on the descents, top day out with Toby and Angus :) With extras on either end too for ~110 miles in the day.
