long run round harrogate

Long run this morning around Knaresborough and Harrogate in the cool. Need to run to the target pace shown, not what I think it might be. Time to try using mr garmin's virtual partner?

Legs felt a bit mashed afterwards, but a lot better than the last 13 miler. Pulled my left heel a bit, tried to run thru it but stopped and stretched it out. Some stretching afterwards, more planned later. Need to take care of this left leg, see earlier comments!

Rewarded myself with poached eggs, bacon and toast! :)

Stretched out heels at lunch, improvements already...
