Top ride over to airedale and then up to malham. Lots of new roads explored, plenty left in the tank after 85 miles and nutrition worked well with water, trackers, snickers, crisps and nuts. Feels like its starting to come together, more race intensity specific training from now on... time to fit the new cassette for extra gear inches :)
Good stretching yesterday, feel much better on and off the bike today. More needed...
