Third visit to ilkley in almost as many days. Nice run on the moor, out to the west boundary and back to the aerials before tracking back on the dales way. Steady pace, steady heart rate, timed to get me home just in time to enjoy the fabulous sunset. Tapering nicely... and doing what I love rather than endless tarmac :) More climbing planned tomorrow...
