york in the morning

Morning run from the York office, through town to the ring road and back. A nice way to start the day, felt sprightly but have to taper! It can feel way better than this :)

Reviewed my volume so far this week, two climbing sessions, 3h on the bike and three 1h20 runs, no wonder legs are not feeling totally recovered! Can and must taper better...
