1 treadmill, 1 hill reps, 1 boulder, 1 circuit board, 1 leading pyramid.

Pyramid got cut short though; 5+,6a,6a+,6b,6b+,6c,6c,6b+,6a

Tired: combination of work, calorie deficit and 3 sessions in 3 days. Such is the joy of scheduling...
